There is a problem with my order, what do I do?
We aim for complete satisfaction, but in the unlikely event that there is a problem, please contact us via email or our contact form and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
Can I return an order?
As our items are perishable, we unfortunately cannot accept returns unless there is a fault.
Do you offer a refund?
In the event that there is a problem and would like a refund, please contact us to discuss the issue.
Refunds, credit notes or a replacement order to the same value will be given only in the event that you receive the incorrect product or if the products are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality. Should this be the case, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your goods upon arrival you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will not accept liability for any complaints received after this time.
