Do you deliver nationally?
Yes. We can deliver to the UK mainland.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes and no. We can deliver some of the products to some countries. It’s a bit complicated to explain it all here so to keep things simple, if you would like to discuss an international order please contact us. Please consider the lifespan of the products that you wish to order.
Can I send my order to multiple addresses?
Each order can only be delivered to a single address. If you would like to send products to different addresses, please place a separate order for each address.
Will the item fit through the letterbox?
With the exception of the greetings cards, no. Our boxes are larger than a standard letterbox. We think that this is safest as if they go through the letterbox your pet may get to them before you do!
We may use a combination of Royal Mail and Courier to delivery your handmade dog treats, depending on what you ordered. We can deliver to any address. It could be your work address, or to a friend, or neighbour. You will need someone to be in to accept the delivery.
How much is delivery?
For biscuits, sweets and treats we use a courier delivery service, which is £4.00.
Cakes and Cupcakes have a shorter shelf-life and so any order containing cakes or cupcakes will be despatched using a next day delivery service by Courier, which is £8.34.
