What file type should my photo be?
For best results please send a .jpeg file.
There are things in the background behind my dog in the photo, can you still use it?
Yes, we can do a close-up on your pet and reduce the background of the photo that is seen in the image.
Can I include a personalised message on my biscuits?
Yes. We can print any message that you wish. There is a size limit of a maximum of 3 lines on each biscuit, with each line being able to have up to 10 characters. (Please note that spaces between words also count as characters.)
Can I include a personalised message on my cakes?
